Hi Friend!
Normally, I would have sent out some kind of update email by now. I would be telling you about how I got a nice haircut at home, how I spent a few days in a hospital in Philly getting inpatient headache treatments, and how the music I’ve been working on lately has been coming together. I might also have sent out a new music collaboration.
Last year, when I went to the same hospital for headache treatments, it was rough, but it only lasted three days, and I recovered pretty much immediately. This year, it lasted six days, and we used a few additional medications, which all left me feeling pretty brain dead. Like, One Flew Over The Cuckoo‘s Nest, staring at walls, unable to write simple text messages. Obviously, I’ve improved enough to write this much—and since returning home, my head pain has been nearly silent—but I’m still pretty lost in space.
I should resume my regular orbit any moment within the next few days, but for anyone wondering where I’d gone, I just wanted to give you a heads up. Talk (more coherently) soon!
